If you receive the product with defects in theouter packaging, damage, etc., please contact us for a return and exchange within14 days after receiving the package.
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org / call3590 2783 / WhatsApp 5503 3809, explain the requirements for return andexchange, and provide the following information:
The name, quantity and photo of the product to bereturned
And the reason for the return
All products to be returned should be unopened and intheir original state.
For personal hygiene reasons, we do not acceptreturns that have been opened or that have been used.
Each order is only limited to one return service,please apply once in a centralized manner; from the second order return, thecustomer must bear the freight.
Please properly package the returned products, invoice,etc., and send it back to JaneClare by registered mail or courier.
After the product is recycled, we will checkwhether the product status meets the return requirements. Once the returnedproduct is approved, we will arrange an exchange and shipment as soon aspossible within 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
Due to the time spent on air parcel delivery inoverseas areas and the cumbersome cross-border refund operations, it is notpossible to provide return and exchange services for foreign members.
If overseas buyers return it by themselves and thefreight is paid on collection, JaneClare will refuse to accept it, and thefreight and related expenses will be borne by the buyer.
In case of any dispute, JaneClare reserves theright of final decision.
